Palawan’s capital is Puerto Princesa. Within its territory there is a cave named Tabon, that inspired a legend about the arrival of the first settlers, who walked thru a bridge in the cave, now drawn by the sea. Explorers and tourists can sail to the entrance of the cave and swim deep in the darkness.

When I think about Palawan I imagine myself living here after my retirement. Even though I prefer the cold weather I’m sure like the most of the seniors, I will prefer the beach instead.
